All stays require a brief personal interview with the owner as part of the booking process. Once your request is submitted, please allow approximately 48–72 hours for your reservation to be reviewed and confirmed. Stays beyond 5 days may require an additional refundable security deposit.
2. WHAT ARE YOUR RATES
Our nightly rates vary based on the property you choose. The Fab Four ranges from $1,800 to $2,200 per night, offering a premium, spacious experience. Main House II is available for $750 to $1,000 per night, ideal for guests seeking comfort with a slightly smaller footprint. The Guest House provides a more intimate stay, with rates ranging from $400 to $650 per night.
3. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your stay, while check-out is at 12:00 PM to ensure the space is properly prepared for incoming guests.
4. WHAT ARE THE POOL AND HOT TUB Hours
Yes, the pool is heated and available for use during your stay. Guests renting Main House I enjoy full private access, while those staying in Main House II or the Guest House also have exclusive use during their visit, as they are the only occupants of those spaces. The pool and spa are open daily from 10am-8pm for your enjoyment.
